Computer Repair Help Desk (Software and Hardware)
Many of us reach a point where our computing isn't performing like it should. Attempting a computer repair will cost time, frustrations and could leave you in a worse off situation with data loss.
If you have a computer or laptop that is running slow or broken, invite us to repair it back to the state that you once knew. Our electronic and software grounding enables us to solve both hardware and software related faults. We are NON destructive about data and use experienced understanding to save programs and data from erasure. As a side step example, you may want to copy installed programs and data from an old computer to a new computer (not a straightforward task).
After your contact, we arrange an initial investigation of your computer or laptop fault, saving you from having to dismantle your kit for a trip to some computer shop. Computer advice and tips compliment our report on what is required to repair the computer. The repair is done either on location, or taken away and returned within 5 business days (laptop electronic repairs take around 16 days from pick up to hand delivered return). Finally, we demonstrate that the problem no longer exists.
We offer No-Fix-No-Fee with our onsite computer repair service to make it easy for you to assess our engineers at no cost to you, yes, that's a FREE expert computer check up for grabs.

Some examples,
- An anti virus program and computer are behaving strangely >>>
-
You may have a virus and need help. In a number of
cases, the virus protector is unable to successfully
clean or remove the file. However, you should still
be alerted (even if the anti virus software claims
to refuse to start). A typical virus behaviour is
that your PC will start to display errors that you
are not expecting or familiar with.

- Microsoft frequently release update software for Windows to fix vulnerabilities and other issues. >>>
-
These updates are called critical windows updates or
service pack updates, and as the name suggests, are
classed as critical updates, however, some people are
either unable or do not carry out these updates.
We carry out all updates (including large sized ones) using our internal network, for machines that are brought into the lab. This way, you can happily carry on with the smaller updates (take note dialup Internet users) the next time they appear in your windows. A recent warning to update regularly, came when it was confirmed that a critical update was available for use before a well known virus was set to "blow". Those that updated their windows in a timely fashion were protected from the virus.

- A computer user with a laptop and a wireless connection fault. >>>
- Their tests suggested that the CardBus socket was broken, therefore, they couldn't use wireless connectivity. We did our own testing and took over what the customer would normally do to get the laptop fixed. This case involved constant (almost twice daily) calls with the laptop manufacturers approved contact to get the laptop repair completed in a timely fashion.
