I was having problems with my 1 year old laptop which was performing stupidly slow and seemed to be on its last legs. After just a year! I found IT specialists on the internet. It seemed to be a reputable company, with a great website and excellent customer feedback. When you know absolutely nothing about computers, like me, it really helps to be confident in services such as this one. Kenny went out of his way to fix my laptop and is obviously passionate about his work as he would not give up untill it was perfect. Which it now is. He not only sorted the problems out but also tailored my machine to suit me better e.g. made it super fast to download media. Everything that was done was explained to me in a way a non specialist could understand. My laptop is now performing better than when it was brand new. It was also reasonably priced especially with the 10% discount for students. I would definately reccommend ITspecialists to anyone. Kenny was brilliant and really knows his stuff!!

Just wanted to say a couple of things. The first being thanks for fixing our computers. This company is friendly and helpful and doesn't blind you with science and the fees are very reasonable. The second being I would not hesitate in recommending IT Specialists to anyone. Thanks SO much for sorting out this worm. Not having access to the computer is like losing part of my brain - I can't remember anything or get on with anything. It's also very scary thinking I could lose all that information for ever. So it's brilliant to know there is someone who will come quickly, take the problem seriously and keep working at it until it's sorted, however difficult that proves. It's also great that you are prepared to work with whatever the client has got - in terms of hardware, software and know-how, not pushing fancy expensive solutions onto them, but willing to explain how to get the best from what they've got and suggest small practical improvements rather than big investments of money or time.

I could even weave it a "green" perspective here - your willingness to re-use and repair, to reduce the need for new kit - which means less waste.
Also to use technology in an imaginative and human way, rather than being led by it into ever more consumption.

Above all, it's about trusting you - knowing that you want the best for your client, really enjoy doing a good job for its own sake, and are absolutely not going to pull the wool over their eyes or rip them off.

I would just like to say what a very professional and friendly service you get when you call out one of ITspecialists engineers.

An engineer came out to me as I was experiencing some problems with my tower.

What a gem, you receive a phone call before they set off to your house to let you know they are on their way. He explained every little detail to me step by step, the sort of things us novices wouldn't have a clue about!

I've learnt such a lot and even though my work couldn't be carried out at home as it needed to be looked at in more detail, I was still kept up to date with everything, and contacted throughout the whole service.

And this didn't cost me a fortune either, their rate are extremely good, and considering this was my first time in ever calling an IT Engineer out I thought it would cost me a fortune, and I was surprised how little it cost.

I just want to say a big thank you to iTspecialists, I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family, and I look forward to calling you out soon in the near future with regards any possible upgrades I may decide to have.
